Shalom dear friends,
Congregation Beth Ahm of West Essex was founded as the Jewish Community Center of Verona in 1936 by our beloved Rabbi Alter Kriegel of blessed memory. I came to Beth Ahm in 1990, fifteen years ago my journey stated. From my recent 'Woman of the Year' dinner to the present - as President of Congregation Beth Ahm of West Essex, it has been a merry- go-round. The support and love that has been pouring in is gratifying. I am looking forward to a great new year as we develop and expand our programs. As our programming grows, we are looking for more volunteers - caring individuals who like you want to make a difference.
Our greatest asset in Beth Ahm is Rabbi Aaron Kriegel. Rabbi, there's nothing you cannot do. Your achievements are not determined by your ability alone, but by the desire that you possess to reach them. You are very special and unique in your abilities which are so distinctive in your character. Congregation Beth Ahm is blessed.
A heartfelt thanks to our 'songbird' Cantor Marsha Schreier. Todah Rabah--you are the best.
